Faith-Based Approaches to Managing Anxiety: Integrating Neuroscience, Prayer, and Practical Tools for Everyday Peace.

In the session, we’d explore the root of anxious responses from a neurobiological perspective, how to respond with tools grounded in both cognitive behavioral science and Catholic truth, and practical ways to reframe anxious thoughts. We’ll also touch on how understanding your body, mind, and soul as a whole can lead to greater peace and purpose.
